We start from the problem, not the technology.
Eight kinds of problem we solve with AI. Most projects touch more than one, and most start small.
-
The numbers are in the ERP, but nobody can get them out.
We build read-only portals and scheduled reports on top of Dynamics 365, SAP and similar systems, so people get the figure they need without an ERP licence or a request to accounts. Nothing writes back to the ERP, and every number is reconciled against it.
A sales portal for a packaging manufacturer that shows any product's order history, past rates and stock on one screen.
-
Every rep prices a little differently.
We put order history, past rates and stock levels in front of reps at the moment they quote, so they price from evidence rather than memory. Where it helps, we score incoming leads so the team calls the right ones first.
A rep about to quote sees what this customer paid last time, for what quantity, and whether the stock is there to deliver it.
-
The production plan lives in one person's head.
We turn orders, machine capacity and due dates into a schedule using constraint optimisation with Google OR-Tools, not guesswork or a spreadsheet nobody else can follow. When an order changes, the plan is solved again instead of patched.
A CP-SAT scheduler for a textile manufacturer that decides which order runs on which machine, and when.
-
Your team retypes documents all day.
Invoices, orders, labels and contracts arrive as PDFs, scans and photos. We combine OCR with language-model parsing to turn them into clean, validated data in the system it belongs in. Anything the model is unsure of goes to a person instead of being guessed.
Supplier invoices read on arrival, matched to the purchase order, with any mismatch flagged for review.
-
Someone has to look at every item.
Vision models can read labels, inspect products for defects and measure what is under a microscope, the same way every time. We build them for the conditions you actually have: your lighting, your products, your edge cases.
Daily microscopy images segmented with Cellpose3 to flag failing cell culture batches early.
-
Customers ask the same questions, and wait for the answers.
We build chat assistants that answer from your own catalogue, policies and order data, not the open internet, and hand over to a person when they should. They can sit on your website or on WhatsApp, where many of your customers already are.
A WhatsApp assistant that answers product and stock questions from the live catalogue and passes quote requests to sales.
-
The data you need is scattered and messy.
Supplier sites, marketplaces, portals and spreadsheets each hold part of the picture. We build pipelines that collect it, clean it into one structure and keep it fresh on a schedule, with checks that tell you when a source changes.
The SuppScore pipeline, which turns retailer product pages into structured ingredient data.

Work falls through the cracks between people.
We automate the routing and chasing that eat into a team's day: approvals that reach the right person, alerts that fire only when something needs attention, and anomaly checks that catch the unusual order or invoice early. Agents handle the multi-step chores; people keep the decisions.
Purchase requests routed by value and category, with a daily alert for anything that has been waiting too long.
Not sure which of these fits? Tell us the problem.
We reply within one business day. If AI isn't the right fix, we'll say so.
