Approach

Small steps, fixed prices, and you own the result.

How a project runs, and the seven principles behind it.

01 / Process

How a project runs

  1. 01 · A short, paid piece of work

    Phase 0: Diagnostic

We sit with the people doing the work, look at the data and the systems, and find the problem worth solving first. It ends with a written plan and a fixed price for the build.

  2. 02 · In milestones

    Build

We build in small steps you can see and use, starting with the part that saves time soonest. Each milestone is agreed up front and signed off before the next one starts.

  3. 03 · Code, docs and training

    Handover

Everything runs in your cloud account under your ownership. Your team gets documentation and a walkthrough, so nothing depends on us.

  4. 04 · Twelve months included

    Support

Minor changes and fixes are covered for a year after launch at no extra cost. Larger changes are scoped and priced like any other piece of work.

02 / Principles

Seven principles

  1. Diagnostic first. A short, paid Phase 0 finds the real problem and ends with a firm price for the build.
  2. Deterministic where it matters. Models read and extract. Arithmetic, rules and decisions stay in code.
  3. Fixed fees, not hourly. Clear scope and clear milestones, agreed before work starts.
  4. You own it. Your code, your models, your cloud account, with proper handover.
  5. Quick wins first. We start with the part that pays back within weeks. It builds trust, cleans up data, and tells us both whether the bigger work is worth doing.
  6. People keep the decisions. Our systems recommend, flag and draft. Where the call matters, a person makes it, with the evidence in front of them.
  7. Honest about fit. Some problems are better solved with a spreadsheet, a process change or an off-the-shelf tool. If AI isn't the right fix, we'll say so.
